Places is the original soundtrack for the multimedia show by Syntrex. An interdisciplinary collective exploring the sense of transition through contemporary dance, projected animations and live electronic music. This is presented through music (Piksel), projected animations (Amy Dang) and dance (Magnus Westwell). Aimed towards the exploration of conflicts one must face migrating to an unknown space – physically or mentally. Heavily reliant on personal experiences as a reflection with a wide range of intensities – expressed through heavy beats, mournful violins and spaced out drones.
